At Nordivian, your satisfaction means everything to us. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Before sending any items back, please email our support team at info@nordivian.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

⏱ Return Window

We accept returns within 5 days of the delivery date. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • Free from pet hair, odours, or signs of wear 

Please do not send your purchase back unless instructed.

🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Contact us first, and we’ll arrange everything for you.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

📬 Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your return otherwise.
