Processing Time
Once you place your order, we’ll process it within 1–3 business days. During busy periods or promotional events, this may take slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving quickly.
Shipping Times

Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel directly using our tracking page or through the link provided in the email. If you have not received a tracking number within 5 working days of placing your order, please contact us.
Delayed or Lost Parcels
While we do our best to ensure smooth delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to customs checks, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame, please get in touch and we’ll look into it right away.
